Little Explorers is a hands-on nature class for curious kids ages 4–7 who love to explore, get a little messy, and ask lots of questions. Each week, we head outdoors to learn through play, discovery, and simple activities that help kids feel comfortable and excited in nature.
This 4-week class follows a gentle, kid-friendly rhythm. We start with a short lesson, head out for a nature walk or scavenger hunt, read a story, enjoy a snack, and finish with a simple craft.
Classes are led by Caitlin and Alyssa (both former teachers) and are designed to feel safe, welcoming, and fun!

Location: Gunner Gardens (13851 Whitney Road, Holland, NY 14080)
When: Tuesday Session: every Tuesday beginning July 28th and finishing August 18th
Wednesday session: every Wednesday beginning July 29th and finishing August 19th
Tuesdays (7/28, 8/4, 8/11, 8/18 )
9:30AM - 11:00AM or
11:30AM - 1:00PM
Wednesdays (7/29, 8/5, 8/12, 8/19)
9:30AM - 11:00AM or
11:30AM - 1:00PM
Cost: $55 per child for all four sessions
Parents/caretakers: please stay on premises and enjoy a relaxing hour and a half to yourself!
Age Range: 4 to 7 years old
Snack provided (typically animals crackers and apple slices or carrots)
Registration will be limited to 15 children per session with a minimum of 5 children.
Registration will take place April 27th at 9:00 AM!
